Airport VIP Pick-up and Drop-off Service
If you are requiring just an Airport Collection Service below, choose from either a One Way Pick-up Service or a Return Trip Service to and from your villa or hotel and complete the contact form below. Our experienced drivers can collect you and your friends or family directly from the airport and take you safely to your villa or hotel. We can also make sure that you arrive promptly and with plenty of time to get you checked into the airport for your flight home.

Airport Fast Track VIP Service
Discover Bali Tours works in conjunction with Joumpa to offer you an Airport Fast Track VIP Service to assist you as soon as you touch down or depart Denpasar Airport. Our Airport Fast track VIP Service provides greater convenience when arriving or departing Denpasar Airport through swift processing times for Visa On Arrival, Immigration and Customs checks.
For only IDR 450.000 for Arrival or Departure, or IDR 900.000 for a return service, this is a great offer to be treated like the VIP customer that you are.

Frequently Asked Questions
What age can join a tour?
We cater to all ages for sightseeing tours. However, for certain activities there are age restrictions.
White water rafting suitable for 5 to 65 years old.
Quad bike ride, children can ride solo from the age of 14 years. However, the child will be assessed on arrival for capability to drive solo for safety reasons. If we are unsure we will offer for one of our guides to ride on the back of the ATV as Co-Pilot so they are there for back up if needed. Children from the age of 7 years can join a tandem tour with a parent or guardian.
If you require a car baby seat, please let us know 5 days prior to the tour.
What should I wear?
Wear lightweight and comfortable clothing as well as suitable walking shoes, as there may be stairs to gain entry to some attractions.
If you are participating in water activities, take swimmers or boardshorts and T-shirt, plus a change of clothes, as well as a towel.
For Quadbike riding, sneakers or enclosed shoes is essential and a change of clothes. If you are visiting temples, you may wish to bring a sarong or you can hire one at the temple entrance.
What should I bring?
If you have booked an All Inclusive Tour, meals are included within the price. For Driver Only Tours, you will need to pay for your own meals. Our drivers are happy to recommend and take you to popular places to eat. Most places will cater for vegetarian and vegan.
Are meals included in the tour price?

Can I cancel or change my tour?

Can I customise my tour?
Yes you can. Please contact us to let us know your requirements and we can work out the logistics to ensure that we maximise your time to fully enjoy the tour.
Will my driver speak English?
Yes, all of Discover Bali Tour’s drivers speak English and have excellent local knowledge throughout Bali.
Can I pay for my tour on the day with cash?
Unfortunately all of our tours and services must be booked online using our easy to use online booking system. We accept Visa and Mastercard bookings, as well as direct bank transfers.
I haven’t received a confirmation email for my booking?

What areas do you pick up from?
The tour price includes pick up from Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Canguu, Nusa Dua, Jimaran, Sanur, Ubud, Denpasar, Benoa Harbour and Denpasar Airport.
For pick up from other areas, please let us know.
I’m not staying in a hotel, can you still pick me up?
Of course. We can pick up from hotels, resorts, villas and private residences. If your place of stay is hard to find, please let us know of any special directions to assist your driver.
Does the price of the tour include entrance fees to activities?
For our All Inclusive Tours, entrance fees are included within the price. For our Driver Only Tours, entrance fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
