Refund Policy

Once online booking and payment is submitted you will receive a confirmation email and voucher. If there is any change or cancellation before your arrival to Bali please kindly inform us by email hello@discoverybalitours.com as soon as possible and we will endeavor to accommodate your request.

You will receive a FULL REFUND (minus 10% Admin Fee) for bookings cancelled for the following conditions:
• For cancellations up to 24 Hours (1 Day) from the booking date and time. You will need to contact us directly on WA: +6281337800148 for us to issue a refund to you.

You will receive NO REFUND for bookings cancelled for the following conditions:
• For cancellations inside 24 days (1 Day) from booking date and time.
