Please fill out the E25B Working Kitas Application Form below and submit to us for review.
Once we have reviewed your application, we will require the following Documents.
Note: These documents can be uploaded with this application OR emailed to us at hello@discoverbalitours.com
• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
• A recent color photograph.
• Proof of living expenses of at least USD $2,000 or equivalent.
• Curriculum Vitae.
• Travel Itinerary.
Statement of commitment that must be accomplished within 90 days after the date of arrival, such as:
– Notification from Ministry of Manpower, or
– Statement of any government agencies, if the foreigner are guaranteed by the agency.
We recommend you apply for your Visa at least 5 weeks before your departure to Bali.
