E23 Working Kitas Extension
Please fill out the E23 Working Kitas Extension Application Form below and submit to us for review.
Once we have reviewed your application, we will require the following Documents.

• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
• A recent colour photograph.
• Your original file of your Kitas.
• Bank statement showing a mimimum balance of USD $2000.
Requirements
• The applicant must be physically present in Indonesia to renew their KITAS.
• Renewal must be initiated a minimum of 6 weeks before the KITAS expires.
Processing Steps
• Our representative will collect your passport in Bali.
• Within 7 business days, we’ll notify you to visit the Immigration Office for biometrics.
• Attend the Immigration Office for your photo and fingerprints (approximately 30–40 minutes).
• We will contact you you once your passport is ready and the renewal is complete. Allow approx. 7 working days after completion of biometrics.
Length of Extension
Accordance with the Kitas validity period
You must apply at least 6 Weeks before your visa expiry date.2
