How to Apply Online:

• Upload your documents as required
• You must apply at least 30 days before your visa expiry date.

Document Requirements
• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
• A recent colour photograph.
• Your original file of your Kitas.
• Bank statement showing a mimimum balance of USD $2000.

Additional Requirements
• The applicant must be physically present in Indonesia to process a KITAS renewal.
• The renewal must be initiated 1 to 3 months prior to the KITAS expiration date.

Processing Stages
• We will collect your passport for processing.
• We will notify you within 7 business days to proceed to the immigration office for biometrics.
• Visit Immigration offce to have your photo and fingerprints taken (30-40 minutes).
• We will notify you when your passport is ready. This takes typically 7 business days after the biometrics appointment.

• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
